Although the Nordstrom Anniversary sale is not my favorite sale, it does offer some undeniably good deals in a few categories. I always stock up on fall basics, athletic wear, shoes, and beauty packages.

last year I bought a grey long sleeve midi dress at the sale and I love it so much that I bought this similar dress in navy this year. I especially like the ribbing and button front details. It’s the perfect combination of comfort and style for this upcoming fall.

Fall Basics

Not going to lie, the clothing selection was quite disappointing this year (my favorite Nordstrom brand had nothing in the sale 😭) Still I was able to find a few fall basics and accessories.

Shoes

Last year I bought a pair of Louise at Cie loafers from the sale. I wear them at least twice a week for work. This year Louise et Cie came out with a plaid pair of loafers that could not be more perfect for fall. There’s also the cutest heeled version in the same plaid pattern.

Athletic Wear

There are numerous items from Zella and Alo as part of the sale. Personally I love Zella and have three pairs of their leggings. The quality is amazing for the price. Here are my favorite Zella leggings from the sale.

Beauty

My favorite philosophy face wash and fresh lip balm are both part of the sale, a great time to stock up. I’m also excited to try the Neulash lengthening lash serum that I have heard so many good things about. If you are in the market for a curling iron you have to get the T3 while it’s on sale. It’s the best curling iron I have ever used.
