Anyone who knows me knows, I love pajamas.

I ask Josh to buy me a new pair every year for our anniversary. And although he has gotten me some pretty great pairs, there has always been something about them that left me longing for something more. Longing for that perfect pair of pajamas.

So, I set out to find the perfect pair of pajamas. To me (and I think you can all agree), the perfect pair of pajamas has to be comfy, not just kind of comfy, but like extremely comfy! At the same time they can’t be too warm and fluffy, otherwise I overheat in my sleep. They also need to be cute, duh! Lastly, it is ideal that they have many style options. Because once I find that perfect pair I will likely want to buy multiple styles.

At first I just googled “best pajamas”. Of course that came up with a slew of products, most of which I have and am not that impressed with. Not surprisingly, there were lots of Victoria Secret pajama ads. Which, by the way, I will never buy another pair of VS pajamas in my life. Their quality has drastically declined over the years. The last pair of PJs I bought from VS looked like a lump of rags after one wash. Anyway, point is, I could not find any mind blowing options.

Next, I looked to advice from fellow bloggers.

Several of my favorite bloggers (@juliaengel & @carly) rave about Lake Pajamas on their blogs. Their advice has never led me astray so I bought a pair. At first I was skeptical because they are more expensive than what I would normally spend on a pair of pajamas, but I was pleasantly surprised. They not only checked all my boxes for what a pair of pajamas should be, but they also fit like a glove and even got Josh’s approval! They come in a wide variety of colors and styles, so I will be ordering more pairs very soon. My favorite part is that they are made of 100% Pima cotton, aka the dreamiest material I have ever felt.
